Hire Terms & Conditions
The Hirer will leave the venue in a clean and tidy state
All bookings are subject to confirmation
The Hirer will pay for all charges at the immediate end of the hire period
For some hire bookings a deposit may be collected prior to the event starting (and providing there is no damage, this will be deducted from the final hire settlement)
The Hirer is responsible and liable for any damage
Cancellation notice of less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee

Main studio (studio 1) 160sm wooden dance floor with carpeted areas for tabled seating
Reception area
Full length wall mirrors (tbc)
Kitchen (separate charges apply)
